Word Cloud

Reflection 

Using tagxedo the first time to create a word cloud, I thought it was so amazing. That it could create this from the words given and could be used for a number of activities in the classroom. I had a little trouble of embedding the tagxedo into my blog but soon learnt it had to be in html for it to work in the blog and allow the word pop up to work when your mouse was over a word. I posted my one on my own fb page as was very proud of my achievements, soon to be told by a friend that I'm old as they learn this like in grade 5 these days. Students would fine this a great way for learning new words and finding word definitions at the click of a button. Students would also enjoy once they created their word cloud, that they can redesign the colour, shape and themes to create individual word clouds that suit the needs of the task. Personally I found this task a great learning experience and would definitely keep in mind to use in my classroom.
